Founded in 2010, Empact Northwest is a non-profit, non-governmental entity providing rescue, medical, and logistical support to those affected by disaster worldwide; preparedness support to communities in need; and professional rescue training.

Our mission is accomplished primarily using a team of dedicated volunteers, backed by a small but committed staff.  Empact volunteers are made up of people from all walks of life, but the one common thread between them is a commitment to their community and commitment to humanity.  Our volunteers log countless hours studying, training, fundraising, and responding to disasters.
