On August 13th, Empact International deployed a pathfinder and logistics team to Western Maui in response to the devastating wildfires that have affected much of the island, leaving hundreds dead, thousands homeless, and affecting countless lives. Since their arrival, our team has been working tirelessly to support local responders and residents by providing logistical support and delivering essential food, water, and shelter supplies to those areas hardest hit and least accessible.

 

As the winds continue to carry the acrid scent of smoke, we are moved by the strength and resilience of the Maui community. Their spirit remains unbroken, and we are proud to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with local responders and community members, bringing aid where it’s most needed. And our mission doesn't end today or even tomorrow. 

 

We're committed to remaining on the ground and ensuring that every person impacted has the support they need, but we can’t do it without your support.
