2024 Empact Organizational Meeting

It's time for Empact's annual organizational meeting!  We hope you can join us for an evening of updates and information for all of our staff and volunteers. We'll be holding this year's event at Narrows Brewing in Tacoma once again and we'll provide dinner, with beers, ciders, and soda available for purchase.  This year's agenda will be split into two chunks:

3pm - 5pm: Instructors meeting, mandatory for all of our rescue instructors.  We'll talk about the year's training calendar, staff expectations, curriculum changes, payroll, how to use some of the scheduling tools, and go over the employee handbook.

5pm - 7pm: Dinner and general organizational meeting for all staff and volunteers.  Where we're going and how we're getting there.
