Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Empact Northwest in support of our operations in managing the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine!

We're currently registering interested parties for medical and volunteer opportunities in Poland and the United States.  Due to the recent change in threat posture, we are not deploying personnel into Ukraine proper.

Please note: Completion of this form does not constitute acceptance as a volunteer!  We will be using the information gathered with this tool to reach out to prospective volunteers based on their specific skillsets, capabilities, interests, and our needs at the time.  Prior to acceptance as a volunteer, you will need to successfully complete a background check and an interview with Empact Northwest, as well as submit a $50 non-refundable application fee which covers the cost of background checks, interviews, and badging.
