The Work In Türkiye Continues

Our team in Türkiye has been hard at work these past several days, pushing tirelessly forward to assist those most in need.

Team 2 arrived 48 hours ago and quickly linked up with team 1, who had already been on the ground providing support to those affected by the devastating quake of 6 FEBRUARY. Since then, the two teams have been moving between Adana, Kahramanmaras, and Hatay, providing critical search and rescue, medical support, and relief supply distribution in partnership with the Turkish authority AFAD and our NGO partners.

This work is often challenging, but it has a real impact on the lives of those in need. Providing search and rescue and caring for those trapped, displaced from their homes, injured, or otherwise affected by the quake is essential. Our teams are working tirelessly to find and assist those most in need.

In addition to search and rescue, our teams also provide medical support to those affected by disaster. Teams 1 and 2 are working with local medical facilities and providers to deliver care and assistance to those who have been injured or are otherwise in need of medical attention. By working together, our teams can provide life-saving care and support to those with limited access to medical care.

Finally, our teams are delivering relief supplies to those in need, partnering with local NGOs and the Turkish authority AFAD to distribute food, shelter, and other essential supplies to those affected by the earthquake. This work is essential to helping those in need get back on their feet and to begin rebuilding their lives.

Our team in Türkiye is making a real difference in the lives of those affected. We're proud to be a part of this important work, and we're grateful for the tireless efforts of our personnel and the generosity of our donors, who have made this mission possible!
